Euro Gateway Logistics Centre, Laar, Germany

Futureproof warehousing done right

This logistics hub with cross-dock facilities embodies Necron Group’s vision on innovative warehousing. Dutch rooted tenant Westerman Multimodal Logistics B.V. will operate from here to expand its European transport structure while significantly reducing CO2 emissions.

A substantial part of the complex is specifically designed for the storage and transport of lithium batteries. Together with the in-house charging infrastructure that guarantees efficient operation of electric lorries, we believe this warehouse is going to form an important link in the electrification of European logistics.
