Acquisition
When the feasibility analysis results are positive, Necron buys the property, directly or indirectly.
Development
The real estate development plans are drawn up. Surveyors, environmental consultants, soil engineers, architects, civil engineers, inspectors, contractors, lawyers and others contribute towards a feasible and innovative construction plan.
Construction
The construction plan is executed while making sure schedules are kept, budgets are respected and everything is carried out as planned.
Completion
