ESG Impact

Sustainable impact is driven by a commitment to future-proofing our planet. We weave environmental integrity and social responsibility with Swiss precision into the fabric of our real estate.

Driving humanitarian, environmental, and cultural impact through our NGO partnerships

Naankuse Foundation

The Naankuse Foundation is a conservation charity dedicated to protecting the landscapes, cultures, and wildlife of Namibia.

What began as a small wildlife sanctuary in the Namibian bush has grown into a respected conservation organisation, offering injured, orphaned, and conflict-affected animals a safe haven and a second chance. Its mission is to conserve Namibia’s land, cultures and wildlife through participation, education, and scientific research.

World Central Kitchen

WCK is first to the front lines, providing meals to people affected by humanitarian, climate and community crises.

World Central Kitchen has developed a new model for disaster relief that helps devastated communities recover and build resilient food systems. Through quick action and close work with local resources, WCK helps communities recover in the wake of disaster.

UNHCR - The UN Refugee Agency

UNHCR, the UN Refugee Agency, protects people fleeing conflict, persecution and human rights abuses.

As part of the United Nations, UNHCR works to ensure that people fleeing conflict, persecution and human rights abuses find asylum in other countries and receive protection.

For Young Musicians

For Young Musicians helps gifted young musicians on their way to the concert stage.

The Swiss Foundation for Young Musicians supports gifted young musicians, singers, instrumentalists, and composers alike, performing solo or in ensembles, across classical, jazz, and pop. The foundation offers guidance and, above all, an audience, organising concert series that give talented musicians the platform and engaged audience they’re often seeking.

Programmes focus on short pieces of contemporary and twentieth-century music, chosen to inspire connection between musicians and to draw out parallels or contrasts for listeners. Each programme is developed in collaboration with the musicians, covering both performance and promotion. Musicians receive a fee, and the foundation supports them with audio recordings, video clips, and photographs for their own promotional use.

Trees for All

Contributing to creating a greener and healthier planet, one tree at a time.

At Necron Group, we believe in giving back. Our commitment to environmental responsibility aligns with Trees for All’s mission to create a greener and healthier planet by planting trees. That’s why we have partnered this Dutch NGO since July 2023.

This collaboration is a pledge to contribute to a sustainable future. We planted the first 400 trees of the Necron Forest with the whole Necron team in December 2023. Over the course of the next three years, we pledged to plant 40,000 trees in total in the Netherlands and abroad.

Van Hulley

Van Hulley's mission is to give construction canvas a second life, supporting women's path back into the labour market along the way.

Every Necron project uses around two hundred square metres of construction canvas. As a BREEAM-Excellent certified developer, we don’t discard this material once a project is delivered, but ensure it’s reused. Necron has all its construction canvas circularly upcycled by Van Hulley, a social enterprise based in Groningen, where women with a distance to the labour market train to turn the fabric into one-of-a-kind bags.

The result is a partnership that supports both people and the planet. While the women gain working experience and a route towards a diploma and new career opportunities, the canvas itself avoids the waste stream entirely. It’s a contribution that’s both social and sustainable, supporting Van Hulley’s mission while keeping Necron’s materials in circulation.

State of 2026

Cradle to Cradle. Circularity. BREEAM.

Most developers see these as goals.

We see them as our baseline.
