Necron Group AG is proud to announce the full acquisition of all land at Green Square Business Campus in Aalsmeer. This consolidates Necrons position as a leading driver of sustainable real estate development in this strategic area near Schiphol Airport. This milestone marks an important step in Necrons long-term vision to transform the campus into a leading hub for logistics, hospitality, catering industry and office locations.
The campus accommodates advanced facilities, including the Green Square Logistics II/III, recently sold by Necron, which has received BREEAM ‘Excellent’ certification for sustainability. These state-of-the-art logistics warehouses are used by global market leaders Bausch+Lomb, which has its EMEA headquarters there, and JAS Forwarding.
