Henri Kroon brings four decades of legal experience to Necron Group, where he now serves as Chief Legal Officer. Specializing in complex civil and administrative matters throughout his career, Henri is a vital member of our Executive Team, overseeing legal aspects of real estate development in the Netherlands. With his extensive expertise, Henri ensures our legal affairs are managed with precision and expertise. With his collaborative spirit and commitment to finding solutions, Henri plays an important role in driving our success at Necron Group.

Albert Jan Huisman

Chief Commercial Officer

Albert Jan (AJ) Huisman has over 26 years of experience in (interim) Leadership Marketing & Sales Roles for (international) B2B companies, he’s a seasoned veteran as it comes to steering organizations through change regarding their marketing and communication challenges.

Previous positions include: Director Marketing & Business Development at innovative Dutch Law Firm Kennedy Van der Laan (Amsterdam), Marketing Director Continental Europe at (Willis) Towers Watson (London), a leading global professional services company, Head of Marketing The Netherlands at Watson Wyatt Worldwide (Amsterdam) and Marketing Manager at accountancy firm HLB Nederland (now BDO). He holds a Master’s degree in both Business Marketing and in Communication, he taught Marketing at the Nyenrode Business University and is a regular international keynote speaker on the subject of Marketing.

Marco is member of the Swiss Bar Association (SAV), the Zurich Bar Association (ZAV) and the Zürcherischer Juristenverein.

Mr. Michele Janner M.Sc. is a qualified civil engineer from Delft University and graduated cum laude in 1995. He has extensive experience in real estate construction and real estate asset management.

Stefan Meyer

Chief Financial Officer

Stefan studied Business Administration at the University of Zurich, specializing in Finance, Accounting and Controlling and began his career in the audit and consulting industry, where he also completed further training to become a Certified Public Accountant. He has several years of experience as auditor as well as Head of Controlling, CFO and Boardmember in service and entertainment companies. A few years ago, he also completed an EMBA in Controlling and Consulting at Bern University of Applied Sciences. He joined Necron in 2024.

Richard van Altena

CFO Group International

Richard van Altena is an experienced Chief Financial Officer who has held senior finance positions at RNHB, CBRE Investment Management, ING Real Estate, and PwC. He brings extensive expertise in strategy, financial management, debt and capital funding, and deal structuring.
With 25 years of experience in both Dutch and international real estate markets, Richard has built a proven track record in structured finance and real estate financing. He has successfully raised capital and debt in both public and private markets on behalf of a wide range of real estate companies and investment vehicles.

David Meieren

Chief M&A Officer

David Meijeren is a founding partner at Q.G.M, a Dutch law firm specializing exclusively in civil law notarial services, which he helped establish in August 2019. With nearly 20 years of legal experience, David began his career in 2004, initially focusing on corporate law and M&A before shifting his practice to commercial property law in 2012.
Before co-founding Q.G.M, David spent almost 14 years at Stibbe, where he held key positions in Amsterdam, New York, and Dubai. In addition to his legal work, David served as an auditor from April 2017 to May 2025, auditing law firms on behalf of the professional organization for civil law notaries.
Outside the office, David is an avid mountaineer and ultra trail runner. His climbing accomplishments include Denali (6,194m) in Alaska, Kyazo Ri (6,151m) in Nepal, and several summits in the Mont Blanc massif. He competed in trail runs ranging up to 150km, always in pursuit of pushing personal boundaries and exploring the outdoors.

Martijn Leemborg

Chief Corporate Finance

Mr. Martijn Leemborg is a seasoned finance professional with more than 20 years of experience in the sector. After graduating in hotel management, he worked for several Dutch banks in private banking, corporate banking, healthcare financing and commercial real estate financing. For the last 12 years he specialized in the development and investment financing of commercial real estate projects. In his spare time, Martijn enjoys sailing, cooking and playing tennis. He is a creative thinker, a social person, a go-getter and a natural team player.

Linda Boogaard

Finance Director

Linda has over 15 years of experience in financial strategy, restructuring and business development. She started her career in the banking sector at ABN AMRO and Deutsche Bank, followed by advisory roles at KPMG, where she was involved in complex transition and restructuring projects. She then held senior finance positions in the construction and infrastructure sector, including at VolkerWessels and Ballast Nedam. She also worked as CFO in the retail and scale-up world at CycloVriend, where her responsibilities included setting up the finance function. In her role as Finance Director at Necron Group AG, she combines strategic insight with a pragmatic approach and a strong focus on results. Her current goals are to optimise financial processes and project management.

Linda obtained her Master’s degree in Business Administration from Erasmus University Rotterdam. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys spending time in nature with her children and dog, and she travels regularly with her family.

Loris Casuscelli

With his experience and expertise in reporting and accounting, Mr. Loris Casuscelli is responsible for the group-wide controlling and financial management. Prior to joining Necron in 2022, he worked for various consulting firms in their accounting and taxation department, where he led mandates for clients in various industries with a focus on real estate developers.

Lavdrim Osmani

Group Financial Controller

Mr. Lavdrim Osmani is responsible for the Group’s comprehensive controlling and financial management. He has over 10 years of experience and specialized knowledge in financial reporting and accounting for real estate development companies. Prior to joining Necron in the summer of 2023, he worked at several international consulting firms within their accounting and tax divisions, where he served various clients as a team leader across different sectors. He holds a degree as a Certified Fiduciary, Advanced Federal Diploma of Higher Education.

Mustafa Sunderji

Mustafa Sunderji holds a degree in International Management from the University of Applied Sciences.

With over a decade of experience in finance, he has developed deep expertise in controlling and financial management. He began his career as an auditor at a leading accountancy firm before transitioning into key controlling roles across various companies, most recently serving as Head of Controlling.

Jovan Bobot

Senior Controller

Mr. Jovan Bobot holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting and Controlling from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland (FHNW).

With over 10 years of experience in various industries, he began his career in the IT sector, working within a multinational accounting department. Over time, he transitioned to the entertainment sector, where he strengthened his expertise in business and finance controlling

Jay Henderson

Director of Financial Structures

Jay Henderson brings three decades of real estate experience, including development, asset management, banking and capital markets, in Europe, Asia and North America, working with companies such as: Kerzner International, SmartCentres REIT, Bank of Scotland and Deutsche Pfandbriefbank (Pbb). Based in Amsterdam, he is responsible for capital formation and strategic financial structuring at Necron. Jay holds a BA from Western University and an MBA in International Business from the University of Edinburgh.

In mid 2023 Madzy Bus joined Necron Group. With over 40 years of experience as an office manager in the legal industry, she has been a crucial support to lawyers throughout her career. Madzy hopes that her legal background and organizational skills have already proven valuable and aims to continue making a meaningful contribution to the functioning of our Executive Team. Madzy is ambitious, highly stress-resistant, and is known for her determination to achieve her goals.

Chris de Wal

Head of Business Affairs

Mr. Chris de Wal LLM has a broad understanding of real estate financing, structuring of real estate transactions and asset management. With a track record that includes JLL, Atrium European Real Estate (now: G City Europe) and Xcentric Hotels, he has gained experience in (the financing of) real estate investments from various viewpoints. He is known for creative, outside-of-the-box, pragmatic solutions that meet the business and clients’ needs. He operates best on the intersection of the financial, legal, compliance and investment areas. Chris holds a master’s degree in law from Leiden University and a post-doctoral degree in Finance & Securities from the Grotius Academy. Now a retired rugby player, he – despite his natural predilection for team sports and being a team player – enjoys playing golf, cooking, and reading.

Since 2007, Frances Booster has built a robust career in real estate, with extensive experience in asset management, property management and leasing. At Necron, Frances is responsible for leasing activities and optimizing the real estate portfolio.

Heiner Kropp

Director of Acquisition

Heiner Kropp, a M.Eng. industrial engineer (Dipl. Ing-oec, University of Hamburg), was already enthusiastic about the complex tasks of project development from the idea to planning, financing, decontamination, construction and sale during his studies.  With over 30 years of experience as an entrepreneur and a keen sense for market development, he has successfully realized a large number of international projects with a focus on brownfield sites. In doing so, he has come to the strong conviction that, as a project developer, he has a responsibility for future generations to clean up contaminations in situ using biological processes instead of dumping them, thereby contributing to a clean environment.

Outside her professional life, Marijn enjoys the speed of cycling. Additionally, she is a passionate reader. During the winter months, she gladly trades her bike for a snowboard. Marijn’s diverse interests and dedication to both her work and hobbies make her a driven and energetic individual.

His experience goes back to 19 years, where he worked as a consultant for large real estate developers as well as private investors.

Mr. Hans Schouten is owner and co-founder of E&S Family Office B.V. which is engaged in financial management of wealthy families, property development and management of (international) property portfolios.
Hans has a wide range of experience in international commerce, finance, real estate investment and development. He is non executive director of Eteck Energy (energy) and a coach for start-ups.
Among his former employers are some of the leading Dutch real estate asset managers and (mortgage) banks, such as Kamerbeek Nieboer (today MVGM property management) , Kok Group International, FGH Hypotheekbank and Westland/Utrecht Hypotheekbank.

Joop Drechsel

Member of the Advisory Board

Joop Drechsel has 40+ years in corporate expertise encompassing roles from strategy development to CEO (e.g. Shell, KPN, Walvis Participation).
He has significant
experience in the field of private and institutional investments as a member of various investment committee’s. He holds a master’s in business administration.
