Lavdrim Osmani is chief financial officer at Necron Group, responsible for accounting, controlling, and finance across the group. He joined Necron in the summer of 2023.

Fiduciary roots

Lavdrim holds a Swiss-certified diploma as Certified Fiduciary Expert, one of the three highest qualifications in the fiduciary profession. Before joining Necron, he worked at several internationally active fiduciary firms in business consulting, tax advisory, and accounting, with a focus on clients in the real estate sector. In his most recent role, he led a team of professionals overseeing client engagements.

What drives Lavdrim is the desire to create a lasting impact in what he does. In business, where success is often measured by performance alone, he values bringing humanity into the way things are conducted. That same drive shows up at home with his family, on the football field, and through community involvement. Wherever he is, Lavdrim looks to contribute through sharing his energy.

With his financial experience and expertise in land-and real estate development, Mr. Cornee van der Spoel is responsible for controlling, reporting and financial management the Netherlands.

His experience goes back to 19 years, where he worked as a consultant for large real estate developers as well as private investors.
