Flevokust logistics hub

Flevokust logistics hub offers a highly efficient and sustainable alternative to the saturated ARA region. Its strategic position at the crossroads of water, road, and rail provides strong multimodal access to the ports of Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Antwerp and to the Ruhr region.

The total development comprises around 80,000 m² of warehouse and office space, subdivisible from roughly 17,500 m². This development offers the option to create a 40-metre high-bay facility equipped for automated crane and robotic systems. Supported by 2 MVA of contracted power, it makes the hub ideally suited for automated, data-driven and next-generation warehousing concepts.

Phase one (approx. 40.000 m²) will be delivered with a BREEAM Excellent certificate.

With extensive space and built-to-suit development options, Flevokust is designed for future-focused companies – from 3PL and e-commerce operations to food, pharma, electronics and cold-storage providers. It offers the scalability, efficiency and connectivity needed for sustainable growth and competitive logistics strategies.
