Logistics center

The Ridderkerk II project is developed in line with Necron’s sustainability strategy and in close cooperation with Architecten_Lab and R&M Forwarding, the future tenant. It is designed to meet the BREEAM lifetime sustainability standard “Excellent”. A highly insulated building shell, a large-scale photovoltaic installation on the roof and a high efficiency electrically powered refrigeration system ensure low operating cost and long-term high value retention.
