Let’s meet…..

Frances Booster, our new Leasing Director

Frances Booster joined Necron Group this September. As leasing director, she is responsible for finding suitable tenants for each development. Not a small feat, but exactly the type of challenge that lights her inner fire.

Expanding field of expertise

Frances brings with her a wealth of experience and expertise. Over the past five years, she specialised in logistics property letting at several companies, including CityLink. It’s now time for the next step in her career: “I find Necron Group a great company that leads the way in establishing projects with sustainability as their trademark. Through the focus on logistics, healthcare, and hospitality, I’m expanding my field of expertise.

The fact that Necron Group also dares to invest outside the conventional areas, such as Flevokust and Eemshaven, demonstrates a strong vision for strategic value development. Developing sustainable healthcare campuses is a niche market with growth potential. The integrated approach – from concept to realisation – is fully supported by our specialised team of real estate agents, developers and marketeers. This ensures that each campus aligns with the current and future needs of the healthcare market.”

From rental potential to rental value

For Frances, the letting process begins early in a project’s development. “Already during acquisition, I examine the rental and value potential together with my colleagues. What strong characteristics and special opportunities does the location offer? Which companies are potentially interested? By thinking carefully beforehand about market demands, we can align this well with our end product.”

Build-to-suit

A major strength of Necron Group is delivering build-to-suit locations. “Each tenant has specific layout requirements. Think of extra floor, wall, and roof insulation needed to facilitate cold storage for a logistic fruit specialist, or the advanced technical installations needed for a healthcare enterprise. And a hotel obviously has strict requirements regarding rooms, facilities, and parking spaces. Tailor-made construction on this scale requires substantial investments. That’s why I’m always looking for a healthy balance between customising a property and its value potential.”

Positive mindset

After a long day full of digits and negotiations, Frances likes to clear her head with a run. When she has more time, she prefers to travel to distant destinations. “Over the past fifteen years, I’ve got to know many continents and cultures. Those experiences broaden my perspective and help me put things in perspective. It shows me what’s truly important – that contributes to my positive mindset.”
