Necron Group expands into Germany
our first step into a new market
We are proud to announce that Necron Group AG has also begun to expand its activities into Germany. After our growth in the Netherlands, where we are now the #8 developer in the country, and Switzerland, we are now taking an important strategic step across the border. Peper & Söhne is realizing a future-proof production and logistics development for tenant Rehadapt GmbH in Kassel — a global specialist in assistive-technology mounts. The building is being designed around process optimization, flexibility, and the highest sustainability standards, with the ambition to achieve at least DGNB Gold.
This project marks for us exactly the type of development in which we create value: connecting strong partners, simplifying complexity, and delivering sustainable impact. Moreover, it confirms that our asset-light approach, buy-and-build strategy, and focus on speed and structure work not only in the Netherlands, but also internationally. It is a significant milestone — and the starting point for further expanding our activities in Germany and creating long-term value.
Construction will start in January 2026, with a phased delivery from October 2026. Germany — here we come.
