Head of Group Controlling
Mustafa Sunderji
Mustafa Sunderji leads group controlling at Necron Group. He oversees financial reporting and analysis, serves as the key contact for auditors and regulatory authorities, and provides strategic financial guidance to support decision-making.
From auditing to controlling
Mustafa holds a degree in international management from the University of Applied Sciences in Northwestern Switzerland. He began his career as a financial analyst at Deloitte, before moving into controlling roles across several companies. That path, from reviewing numbers to owning them, gave him a thorough understanding of financial management from both sides.
Driving financial transformation
At Necron Group, Mustafa works closely with service entities to strengthen financial processes and operational efficiency. Beyond the day-to-day, he leads financial transformation initiatives, modernising systems and optimising processes. It is work that requires determination: reshaping how things are done and seeing it through.
New perspectives
Outside the office, Mustafa recharges with family and friends, or by travelling and hiking. The Swiss Alps are among his favourite places to escape and find a fresh point of view. That appetite for new perspectives carries into his professional life too, where he aims to keep learning and growing in the years ahead.
